Back to our Magento tips…..gathered in daily usage of this nice ecommerce Open Source platform!

The problem

In system > configuration > currency setup > Allowed Currencies

only 2 currencies are showing up!

How to make more currencies available for use?

The solution

This is hidden in advanced settings of Magento.

so first go to:  system > configuration > advanced > system > currency

And keeping Ctrl key pressed, select additionnal currencies needed for your shop

That’s all!

Now going back to System > Configuration > Currency Setup, we can notice that our three selected currencies are available to play with!!
